About Chef Mike Santo
Chef Mike is our resident chef raised locally in Rockford, Michigan. Mike received his primary training in at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. This locale offered a diverse range of cuisines to sample and experiment with. He continues to use this experience in his current creations.
Chef Mike founded “CHEF-to-GO” , a personal catering service at the age of 19.He has worked in Grand Rapids at “Reds-on-the River” and “University Club”.He is currently is the executive chef at “Graydon’s Crossing” in Grand Rapids.
Mike is a proponent of locally produced foods.He prefers to use local/organic produce whenever possible.Chef Mike is keenly aware of the health & taste benefits of grass-fed meats. These are utilized extensively in his dishes.Conversely, his vegetarian/Vegan works are excellent as well.
