1 16 oz can Garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
5 T (or more to taste) Artichoke Bruschetta Spread
2 T GHVO Meyer Lemon Fusion EVOO
2 T GHVO Organic Garlic EVOO
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender to a smooth consistency. Chill. Will store in refrigerator for 3 days, or in your freezer for one month. Use over flatbread, toasted baquette slices, crackers.
GOAT CHEESE PESTO
1/4 C GHVO Organic Garlic EVOO
1/4 C GHVO Organic Basil EVOO
2 C packed fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic
1/2 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz fresh Chevre (goat cheese)
1/2 tsp salt
Put goat cheese, basil, olive oil, grated Parmesan and salt in food processor or blender. Process to a smooth paste. Use immediatley as a dip, spread, or serve over hot pasta.
