Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
Incredible bold flavor of wild blueberries make this balsamic one of our favorites. Blueberries have been married into balsamic vinegar, making a product that speaks for itself. Blueberry lovers really appreciate this addition to our extensive line of Balsamic Vinegars of Modena. Our first impression was that this would be a huge hit drizzled over fruit salads, and garden salads topped with fresh fruits. We weren’t disappointed. As an added surprise, we found it equally delicious over Blue, Feta and Goat Cheeses. This Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar exhibits lower acidity and a bit more sweetness than our Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Like all Balsamic vinegars, you can use Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar over any garden salad. While it will pair up with any unflavored oil, using lighter Extra Virgin oils, like Organic Arbequina, will allow you to experience the maximum Blueberry flavor. It is very tasty and unique paired with our Orange olive oils. Try it drizzled over fresh sliced Peaches, Cantaloupe, fruit salad and ice cream.
Champagne Wine Vinegar
Our champagne vinegar is produced using the same type of grapes as the better types of champagne. Once each champagne grape hull is removed and the liquid drained, the end result is a vinegar that has a slight hint of vanilla taste, coupled with the rich flavor of champagne. It is not unusual for people to mix champagne vinegar with other vinegars, especially those with a slightly fruity taste, to create the basis for a number of different types of vinaigrettes.
Because it is milder than most vinegars, you can use it with just a touch of olive oil and a pinch of sugar to create a delightful tasting vinaigrette. Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar

Red Barrel-Aged Wine Vinegar
Our barrel aged wine vinegars are the result of the acidification, maturation-aging and refinement of wines(Lambrusco, Trebbiano… grapes) until a harmonious balance of taste and flavor is achieved. The product is aged more than 10 years in white Italian oak barrels. It is processed using the traditional system of Solera combined with vinegars of more than 15 years.
Our barrel aged Wine Vinegars are clear, deep red color and light bright straw yellow, free from any pronounced foreign flavor or odor. The flavor and the aroma are clean and characteristic of traditional Italian Wine Vinegars.
Use it in cooking, dressings, marinades, and pickling. When whisked with Dijon mustard and our Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil, the result is aromatic vinaigrette. Sherry Reserva Wine Vinegar
Originated from the legal area of Jerez (Andalusia region of Spain, our sherry wine vinegar is obtained with the Palomino Fino and Old Oloroso grapes. The Sherry vinegar is fermented with the typical and traditional system called “Solera”, which implies the topping up in a series of wooden barrels, positioned vertically.
In particular our Sherry Vinegar is part of a quality called “Reserva” which indicates a Sherry Vinegar aged for a minimum of 3 years in wooden barrels.The typical full body taste and complex aroma, make this vinegar ideal for usage in a wide array of applications: from soups and sauces to dressing and marinates.
